Working closely with you (the parents), we create a very special day that can include all family members. When you have a Bris for a baby boy it is traditionally done on the 8th day of his life . Planning for a Brit Bat (Simchat Bat) can be more open-ended. You can choose to parallel the timing of a Bris or you may choose a day that allows your family and extended family to join you.
